Instructor: Barbara Blackburn...Barbara has a certified culinary professional certificate and writes for WNY Family and National "frontier fare" column. She is an adjunct English instructor. Together we will prepare a meal of Florida favorites with a Cuban influence. The dishes will include Cuban sandwich, picadillo, empanada and Key Lime pie, plus more depending on enrollment. No Senior Discount. $9.00 food fee in class.
